RNA-seq of cytosolic and chromatin-associated transcripts following TNFa and Spt5 KD

We examined the effects of TNFa and Spt5, the major DSIF subunit, on nascent and mature transcripts using RNA-Seq of chromatin-associated and cytoplasmic transcripts.
