Differential gene expression in peripheral blood CD2+ leukocytes from PATH particpants

Gene expression profiling was carried out on peripheral blood CD2+ leukocytes from 29 children with asthma. The primary research question is whether gene expression differs in individuals from high socioeconomic status environments vs low socioeconomic status environments.
